12-Day Umrah Package

1. How long is the Umrah trip?

This is a 12-day spiritual journey covering both Makkah and Madinah.

2. How many days will I spend in each city?

• Makkah: 6 Days / 5 Nights
• Madinah: 5 Days / 4 Nights

3. What does this Umrah package include?

This is a comprehensive, all-inclusive package. It covers:

✅ Saudi Umrah visa

✅ Saudi insurance

✅ 5-star hotel accommodation

✅ Daily Far East cuisine meals (3 times daily)

✅ Makkah Ziyarah

4. Which hotels are included in the package?

• Makkah: Hilton Suites – Less than 2 minutes to Masjid Al Haram
• Madinah: Al Aqeeq Hotel – Less than 2 minutes to Masjid Al Nabawi (near women’s gate)

5. Are meals provided?

Yes. We serve 3 daily meals, prepared with Far East flavors, suitable for Singaporean and Malaysian travelers.

6. Are there any hidden charges?

No. The prices are net, and all mandatory costs are included. Extra charges only apply for:

• Flight seat selection or extra legroom
• Room upgrades or private transport
• Wheelchair service with an assistant (if requested)

7. Can I request a wheelchair or special assistance?

Yes. A wheelchair with an assistant can be arranged on request at an additional cost.

8. Can I select my seat on the flight?

Yes, you may request seat selection or extra legroom. These are subject to airline availability and may involve additional charges.

9. What are the prices for children and infants?

• Infants (under 2 years): $950 flat rate (sharing bed)
• Children (2–7 years): Without bed: $2,800
• With bed: Same as adult rate

10. What is the payment schedule?

• Deposit: $500 per person to confirm booking
• Balance: Can be paid in installments
• Final payment must be made at least 45 days before departure

11. Who will accompany the group for spiritual guidance?

Your Umrah journey will be guided by a team of respected and experienced individuals who will provide spiritual support and religious guidance throughout the trip, including during Umrah rituals and Ziyarah visits.

1. Cocombee Trust Pte Ltd acts as the official marketing agent while Easy Travel & Tours Pte Ltd acts as the official Umrah Operator.
2. Any discounts promoted or issued by Cocombee Trust Pte Ltd are only meant strictly for Cocombee platform followers, users, members, existing audiences, and customers.
3. Cocombee Trusts Pte Ltd reserves the right and sole discretion to amend, cancel, rescind, extend, or stop any on-going promotions without any prior notice.
4. Itinerary & prices are subject to changes without prior notice and accuracy at the time of printing.
5. EASY TRAVEL & TOURS Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel any Umrah group if it does not meet the requirement of 15 people (for Economy groups)
6. Payment: Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, PayNow, or Cash.
7. Deposit: A deposit of $500 must be made upon registration. Balance payment will be made 30 days after registration and latest 30 days before the date of departure (latest by 31 October 2025, whichever is earlier). In case tour is within 30 days, then full payment needs to done upon registration.
8. Cancellation: Administration fee of 10% of the package price shall be charged for all cancellations. Penalty fee of 60% of the package price shall be imposed for all cancellations less than one month from the date of departure. No refunds shall be made for cancellations less than two weeks from the date of departure.
9. No refunds for unutilized services such as city tour, transportation, meals, etc.
10. EASY TRAVEL & TOURS Pte Ltd shall not be responsible for any accidents/incidents including losses/lateness for departure/natural disasters including floods, fire, riots, war, storms, typhoons, earthquakes or any other tragedies encountered during/throughout the journey to and from which involves bodily harm/damage of properties.
11. EASY TRAVEL & TOURS will not be legally accountable under any circumstances for any claims, damages, losses, injuries, or whatsoever suffered by the Pilgrims, including: –From any matters that may arise or –From the cause of the said accidents/incidents in any respect whatsoever.
12. EASY TRAVEL & TOURS Pte Ltd reserves the right to change, amend, insert, or delete any of the Terms and Conditions without giving prior notice to pilgrims.
